Because enrollment in The W.Y.S.E. Experience is limited, we ask families to carefully review the following refund and cancellation policy before submitting an application and paying the required registration fee.
Registration Fee:
The registration fee is required to reserve an accepted participant’s place in the program. This fee helps offset administrative costs associated with enrollment, planning, program preparation, and reserving one of the program’s limited spaces.
Refunds:
If an applicant is not accepted into the program, any registration fee paid will be refunded in full.
If an accepted participant chooses to withdraw at any time during the program/mentorship, the registration fee will NOT be refunded.
After the published registration deadline, the fee becomes non-refundable, as the participant’s reserved space may prevent another eligible student from enrolling.
Program Cancellation:
If Water Your Seedz Everyday, LLC cancels the program before it begins for reasons within its control, families will receive a full refund of all commitment fees paid.
If the program must be modified, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the organization’s reasonable control—including, but not limited to, severe weather, public health emergencies, government actions, natural disasters, facility closures, or other unforeseen events—Water Your Seedz Everyday, LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate with families promptly and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling or issuing refunds at its discretion.
Participant Withdrawal:
If a participant voluntarily withdraws after the program begins, or is dismissed for repeated violations of program rules, unsafe behavior, or failure to comply with the Parent Commitment or Code of Conduct, no refund of the commitment fee will be provided.
Merchandise:
*Books, apparel, and other merchandise purchased through our website are subject to the following:
*Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was received.
*Merchandise must be unused and, when applicable, in its original packaging.
*Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
*Customers should contact us before returning merchandise so that return instructions can be provided.
Payment Processing:
*Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on the payment provider and financial institution, processing times may vary.
